About Pranita
Hi, I am Pranita Salunke, the founder of Pranita Vitality, whose core purpose is to help individuals acquire a strong mind and healthy heart that beats stronger for longer...
With two decades’ worth of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist and Preventive Cardiology Specialist, including her work in National Health Services, UK, Pranita has assisted many people with regards to healthcare, both Preventive and Reactive.
Pranita is also the creator of the Vitality Mind-Body-Connection (MBC) approach, a unique combination of modern medicine (Occupational Therapy and Preventive Cardiology) and ancient wellbeing philosophies . She is a lifelong student of yoga, mindfulness and meditation, the practices which helped her personally to improve her wellbeing.
This principle has helped people to lose up to five stones of weight, reverse type-2 diabetes and pre-diabetes, enhance energy, improve their cognitive skills and productivity, and to feel youthful and happy.
She strongly believes that great health is not only our birth right but also our number one responsibility. Having experienced personal loss of her loved ones into the hands of uncontrolled diabetes, as well as having helped herself to overcome mental distress and its impact on her body, she believes strongly:
It’s our lifestyle and mindset that set us on the path to miraculous healing.
Pranita promotes this message by speaking across communities, including corporate organisations and the UK Parliament.
She has founded ‘Pranita Vitality’: A Lifestyle Transformation service with the intention of helping humanity and fulfilling her vision, namely “to reduce the global threat of chronic diseases by inspiring, educating and empowering people to transform their lifestyles. As a result, they can enjoy life to the fullest, fulfil their purpose and leave the legacy for which they have been placed on planet Earth.”
In her spare time, Pranita enjoys spending time with her son and family, and loves to travel to beautiful destinations. She also enjoys long nature walks, adventurous activities like water sports and trekking, and finds joy in the cultural pursuits of theatre, musicals and visiting museums.
Her dream is to grow Pranita Vitality movement so that it can help the many charities that support children’s wellbeing across the world. Because, she says, children are a gift to humanity and deserve love and nurturing to help them live to their fullest potential.
